VezoPay does offer exchanges if an incorrect ring size was ordered, provided that the ring is completely unworn and in its original, perfect condition. To get the process started, you will need to send through photos of the ring and its packaging to confirm its condition, and fill out our official exchange document. There is an exchange fee to cover the logistics and courier costs.
